Get a cup of tea or coffee (or anything else that takes your fancy!), sit with your notebook, and jot down the following:

  • What activities make you smile?
  • What things make you feel alive?
  • What do you do that you see impacts other people positively?
  • What do you feel you are naturally good at, or could be naturally good at?

End this session by reviewing the things that make you feel alive.
