Get a cup of tea or coffee (or anything else that takes your fancy!), sit with your notebook, and jot down the following:
- What activities make you smile?
- What things make you feel alive?
- What do you do that you see impacts other people positively?
- What do you feel you are naturally good at, or could be naturally good at?

If you have time, think also about what activities ‘deaden’ you.
