Find somewhere where you can relax and spend some time alone.  Then in the light of what you have experienced so far through these various activities, think about one way in which you would like to grow in each of the following areas of your life: 

  • Mentallyday 5 - open space
  • Physically
  • Emotionally
  • Spiritually

Take your time with this – there’s no rush.  Be bold but realistic. Write your thoughts down.
