New Year, New Start
Welcome to ‘New Year, New Start’ – seven different ideas, activities and thoughts to mark the turn of the year. We hope this short programme will help you make a positive start to 2014.
To get the most from it, you will need some time to yourself, a notebook/journal, and the opportunity to take a short walk or two outside (weather permitting). As you go through the various steps, jot down any thoughts or ideas that come to you about how you can journey well during 2014.
Some steps may include images or music - please use them if you find it helpful, otherwise ignore.
You can do the activities to fit with your own schedule – but please try to finish the experience by the end of January, when these pages will no longer be available.
