A chance to pause and reflect for a few hours.
What do the next 12 months hold for you?
Do you have a decision to make?
Are you between jobs?
Are you wondering what to do next?
A Pause Day is an opportunity to get your bearings; a chance to reflect on questions which will help you to choose your next steps with renewed excitement and confidence. Questions like:
- Where am I now?
- What is this pause in my life all about?
- Who do I say I am now?
How will I benefit?
- learn more about yourself
- gain some clarity about the things that may be confusing you
- recognise more about who you are, your identity
- learn to listen to others too, appreciate their stories and learn from them
- find that you’re not alone
What is the format of the day?
It’s a relaxed, informal, yet guided and structured, day that enables these deep questions to be explored and discussed in a group of 8 people, maximum. The atmosphere is one of openness and confidentiality, where everyone listens to each other without agenda or judgement.
Who runs Pause Days?
Pause Days are run by experienced personal development professionals who will guide you through the process. All the guides give their time freely.
Where are the days held?
Pause Days are held in local venues for groups of people from the surrounding area. Please contact us for more information.
We also run a variety of bespoke retreats, often in partnership with organisations wishing to offer development opportunities to their staff. If you would like to discuss this possibility, please get in touch and we will be delighted to talk with you.
