Take stock

Step 1

Set aside some specific time - to think about some of the good things that you have experienced during 2013.  Consider also some of the disappointments or struggles you have faced.

Jot these down in your journal – perhaps just as a list, or maybe as a timeline through your year.  Alternatively, you might like to draw a ‘map’ of your year, plotting your course and noting the good and less good things that have happened on the way.
